Well-appointed architecturally designed house with wide ocean views across living and bedroom areas. Large 2-storey house that sleeps up to 10 people in 8 beds and is hospitable and well appointed. Ideally suited for two families with 6 beds in the loft for younger members or large individual families. Larger adult (fishing) groups are also suitably accommodated.
Large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with 3 bedrooms on 2 levels including outdoor deck with BBQ entertainment area. Living areas are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, freezer and full range of cooking and eating utensils. Under-house laundry with washing machine and tubs. External foot wash and hose for personal and cleaning use.
Blankets and doonas are supplied but guests are required to bring own linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or hire from Fraser Island Retreat in Happy Valley.

Maximum capacity is 10 persons unless agreed otherwise when booking.
Linen is not supplied as part of rental and sheets (top & bottom), pillowcases and towels will need to be supplied by you (the lessee) on all beds used during the rental. Sleeping bags are not to be used lieu of linen.
Power is provided by a solar powered battery inverter system with back-up generator that provides 24-hour supply for lights, refrigeration and washing. The battery has limited capacity and irons, hairdryers, electric frypans, toasters, portable fridges and other high wattage devices cannot be used and will cause system failure.
Water is supplied from groundwater. A potable pressurised filtered water supply suitable for normal domestic purposes is provided internally to the house.
Toilets are connected to a septic system are not to be used for disposal of nappies, personal hygiene items or any other non-biodegradable items.
Toilet paper is not supplied as part of the rental.
Hot water and stove operation are provided by a contractor maintained bottled gas supply.
A valid credit card in accordance with terms and conditions will be required upon arrival for provision of the security deposit. Additional information on the house, Happy Valley and Fraser Island will be provided on booking unless prior requested.
